Recently I found out how much these cowards (doctors) are protected!
Doing research online, not only these doctors are protected by the College of physicans they are also protected by the OMA and the OMPA, have lawyers at their disposal. Also they received 83% back from the province via tax rebate. This is so freaking lopsided! Someone need to take another look at what is happening here. Unbelievable. Here is the link:

The compensation that a patient can ask for has been cap at $100,000. and the defense lawyers are paid to dismiss or uses any tactics including Summery Judgement and status bar as a mean to throw my case out.
On their website (OMA &OMPA) they claim it is to protect the integrity of the doctors and that is why they ask for a expert report (Oh the hypocrisy) since they know doctors will not get involved in fear of being reprimanded.
Recently I have ask a doctor whom in the past was willing to help me but recently change their mind by saying "Even if I had a million dollars they could not do it since the person has young children and this is the only career that they know of" We need to put pressure on our government to stop catering to those cowards that they think they can poison a human and get away with it. They are not immune! In any other country like the US they would of been a different outcome because poisoning is a crime even if they are doctors.
The College claim that the patient comes first and you would think that the insurance company would want to know the truth. Instead it is a cone of silence and that need to be lifted and our Federal and Provincial ministers of health needs to change the law as to make sure that when someone is poison there is no limitation statue.
It is hard thing to prove and took until 2015 to find a test that I was told does not exist. In my case I found one, I have proven it! Still these cowards will deny it till the cows come home and one thing for sure, no matter how much they tampered with my files and tried to change the amount of Botox that they injected me with, there are files they where unable to get their dirty little fingers on and have no control over.
That is my Forensic test that shows a elevated amount of Botulism toxin in my system years after the treatment was over and my pharmacist patient expense reports that shows the exact amounts that was ordered and uses on me and that is something they can't do nothing to change.
That is why I am determine to try and change the system to make sure that there is no time limit for bringing a case like mine to trial, that the College get out of the way of the patients and Health Ministers put a system in place that will actually take action and stop protecting those cowards that hides behind them, that hospital are aware that there is a antidote available for someone in distress.
Talking to many lawyers and still defending myself since I was told that I am dealing with many litigants and the settlement would not even cover their cost due to the defense and the OMA, OMPA using dirty tactics to dismiss my case.
Will be back in court soon to deal with some legality and hopefully the judge like the one before will see the merits for my case to get to trial since first the defense refuse to do discovery and pre trial without dragging me to a Summary Judgement and Status Bar which they will undoubtedly lose.
They are predators of the worst kind who prey on the patients at their weakest and some are on myriad of medications and can't even function but yet these predators lied to the ODP (Ontario Drug Program) saying they will be using only 300 units just to reverse it as soon as they get permission to raises it to 400 units which is illegal to do. And then lied again and ups the amount when they get approved (When it was up for renewal) since the ODP gave them unlimited access. Example: In 2007 I was giving a total of 26 Vials/100u(units) of Botox which translate into 2600 units, In 2008 I was given 20 Vials/100u which translate into 2000 units. Can be verified through my patient medical expense reports that I got copies of recently to make sur I have the right amount for the court!
Not only did they lied to me, they also took advantage of taxpayers money to line their pockets without a second though of how it effects human;
P.S. I was trying to correct my change.org since on there i put 53% rebate (which was a mistake I made when writing) to 83% rebate from the OMPA but was only able to udate with another update.
