I would like a details breakdown of the cost since your cost was double the estimated that I got. I was told it covered everything but overtime. Your website said no hidden fees and the money you took from my credit card was definitely a hidden fee since that is no where near what I quoted for. So I need a explanation as to why the cost is so high. Waiting to hear back from you

They where dishonest, misleading and they play with words with their invoices and this need to stop. Government should licenses these moving companies and should be held to the highest honor and spell out the term of the contract or else people will be paying outrageous fees just to have their belonging return since this company keep using "estimate" on every billing sent. Moving is stressful enough but to have to live in a empty and echoing  apartment with just a few items is causing anxiety and stress not knowing if I will ever see my furniture's, clothing and items that I have collected over the years. First should come the estimate, then the quote then the invoice follow by the receipt. My son has a bookkeeper said this is how it should be done.
